I'm Llew, a Cardiff based designer and maker working across film, TV, theatre and installation.  Being a fluent Welsh speaker from Cardiff, I was first introduced to design for performance as a creative pathway I wanted to pursue by working on Welsh language productions in the art department.  I later went on to study an Art Foundation course at Coleg y Cymoedd where I developed a number of my creative skills before studying Design for Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama for three years, graduating with First Class Honours.

Believing that space itself can be a storyteller, my work strives to push the boundaries of traditional design and enhance storytelling with spaces discovered through research, attention to detail, collaboration and a vivid imagination.  The process of curating and making striking imagery drives my practice to impact audiences regardless of how they experience it, be it through stage, screen, or installation.
